btw: simply put, catch 21 was used as a phrase to describe situation, in which no matter what decisions are made, the outcome is not satisfying. for example: I can not eat rice because it upsets my stomach; but i can not afford not to eat rice because there is nothing else to eat ... such situation can be described as a "catch-21" situation .... xx
